Rental Policies
The text between customer and 559.826.3956 (A Party Comes 2 U) 
is use along with this rental policy and as a receipt as well. 

Reservations:
To ensure proper quantities and availability, please place your order  2 weeks minimum in advance 
- A Party Comes 2 U reserve the right to check customer ID, especially when items are reserve for a venue.
- All reservations require a 35% deposit at time of order placement.  Deposit is non-refundable.
- We accept Cash, Company Checks, Credit Cards, and Money Orders, as form of payment.  
- All reservations over $100 must be paid in-full 5 days prior to the event.
-A Party Comes 2 U reserve the right to refuse services.  Even if deposit are made. We will refund that deposit to refuse services when necessary. 
-If it rain on the day of rental bouncer rental is automatically cancel.
Delivery & Pick Up:
Regular delivery and pick-up is available Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a regular fee. Additional fee may apply for other hours.
- The customer is responsible for order confirmation and accuracy upon delivery. Please notify A Party Comes 2 U (559.826.3956) at the time of delivery if items are missing or damaged to receive a refund or credit. No credit or refund will be issue if dispute is reported after event take place.
- On the scheduled day of pick-up all items should be cleaned and assembled in a single location where they were delivered to. 
- All snow cone machine, cotton candy machine, cooler, coffee maker, etc., should be rinsed, food-free, and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Additional charges will apply for all unreturned boxes and crates, breakage, loss and excessive cleaning. 
- Linen should be dry and free of debris to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs must be folded, stacked and ready for pick up unless A Party Comes 2 U is contracted ahead of time for setup and/or takedown. 
Damage Waiver:
A Party Comes 2 U rental equipment is in top working condition when deliver.  Please notify us at time of delivery if rental are not to your expectation.
- A Party Comes 2 U is not liable (responsible) for anyone or anything damage or injure from our rental items. Customer are renting equipment and supplies with A Party Comes 2 U at your own risk.  Due to Clovid-19 we do sanitize rental items before going out.  If you feel it is not to your standard please feel free to sanitize as you need to. 
- Customer is responsible to have their own insurance to protect their guests and properties. 
- Any accidental damage to A Party Comes 2 U rental items  will be charging replacement fee.
Loss or Damaged:
The customer retains full responsibility for rented equipment from the time our guy deliver your item to the time our guy of pick up of rental. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will apply for missing, broken, burned or heavily damaged items. Vase, lights etc., will be considered broken if returned chipped. If you discover a chipped or broken item when you unpack your order, PLEASE NOTIFY US AT ONCE SO THAT WE CAN PROMPTLY REPLACE THE ITEMS. 
Set up and Breakdown:
Set up and break down services are available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged in advance. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization and pricing.
