A Party Comes 2 U is a delivery-only party rental service operating in Fresno, California, and the surrounding Central Valley (including Madera, Sanger, Kingsburg, Selma, and Oakhurst). Established in 2008, the business started with a handful of tables, folding chairs, and a love for great parties. From birthday celebrations and housewarmings to weddings and corporate events, we are deeply grateful to all our customers and supporters for over 18 years of continued loyalty. What began as a passionate hobby has grown to include crisp white tents, pro sound systems, and beautiful decor that transform any space into an unforgettable setting. We bring everything straight to your home or venue, so you can focus on making memories. We deliver party rentals right to your door. Friendly and convenient service is our signature, so you can skip the hassle and just enjoy the party. The following content, in conjunction with the rental policy and/or text from 559.826.3956, serves as a binding agreement between the Customer and A Party Comes 2 U (A delivery-only service. Customer pickups are not available). • All rental adjustments or final structural confirmations should be processed at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled event date. • A 35% non-refundable retainer deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in equipment block availability. • Full residual balances are due strictly 5 days prior to the drop-off day for total expenditures exceeding $100. • We offer delivery and pick up on all orders at an additional charge. Unless other arrangements have been made, customer must be there to check in and accept the rental items. On delivery and pick up, we reserve the right to enter your yard to collect our property. Additional fees may be assessed for staircases or elevators or any area that is not easily accessible. Set up and tear down service is also available at an additional cost. Please schedule this service ahead of time so that we can allow for the time needed. • Standard delivery distributions occur Monday through Saturday based on pre-arranged logistical windows. • Customers must visually audit the inventory count and condition immediately upon drop-off. Alert us instantly at 559.826.3956 regarding any issues before our team leaves. • Items must be clear, dry, stacked neatly, and made fully accessible for pickup exactly where they were drop-off. Variable cleaning fees apply if items are exposed to excessive moisture or mud. • On the scheduled day of pick-up, all items should be cleaned and assembled in a single location where they were delivered. • All snow cone machines, cotton candy machines, coolers, coffee makers, etc., should be rinsed, food-free, and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Additional charges will apply for all unreturned boxes and crates, breakage, loss, and excessive cleaning. • A Party Comes 2 U is not liable for anyone or anything damaged or injured from our rental items. Customers are renting equipment and supplies with A Party Comes 2 U at their own risk. Due to COVID-19, we sanitize rental items before going out. If you feel it is not to your standard, please feel free to sanitize as needed. • Customers are responsible for having their own insurance to protect their guests and properties. • Any accidental damage to A Party Comes 2 U rental items will incur a replacement fee. • Set-up and breakdown services are available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged in advance. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization and pricing. Call one of our event specialists for the latest set-up and breakdown charges at 559.826.3956. • We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple payment and cash. • Rental rates are based on the customer receiving rental items one day prior to the event, the event date, and one-day after the event as long as the equipment is available for this period. Late returns will result in an extra charge. • Customer is charged for all rental items listed on the contract, whether or not they are used. • The customer retains full responsibility for rented equipment from the time our staff delivers your item to the time our staff picks up the rental. Please ensure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will apply for missing, broken, burned, or heavily damaged items. Vases, lights, etc., will be considered broken if returned chipped. If you discover a chipped or broken item when you unpack your order, PLEASE NOTIFY US AT ONCE SO THAT WE CAN PROMPTLY REPLACE THE ITEMS. • Your rental items were carefully counted prior to your receiving them. It is your responsibility to recount them upon receiving them. Please inform us of any discrepancies immediately, Loss or damage will result in a replacement charge. Your rental items will be recounted when returned and you will be notified of any shortages or damage. • Linen Damage: Extra cleaning charges or complete replacement fees will result for damage to linens. This includes but is not limited to wax, ink, stains, glue, burn boles and tears. Please do not use pins, staples, or adhesives on linens. • Rental items are clean and ready for use when received. Please shake debris from linens and ready for pick up. Tableware should be rinsed and placed back in the same container it arrived in. • The customer assumes full responsibility for equipment safety once dropped off. Any broken, lost, missing, or damaged property will incur direct retail replacement assessments. • Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the delivery date forfeit the 35% deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require full operational coverage. • Cancellations made the day of the delivery or customer pick up date will incur a 80% fee.
